About

Not a meetup. Not a networking event.

A-Frame Group is a small, intentional community for driven young people aged 18–30 — college students, recent graduates, and early-career people who are curious about entrepreneurship, business, and building things that matter.

You don't need to have launched a company or have all the answers. You just need to be genuinely curious, hungry to learn, and willing to show up and put in the work.

Whether you're already deep in something or still figuring out your first move, this is a place where that journey gets better — because of the people around you.

A-Frame is deliberately small and curated — because the quality of the room matters. And the direction of the group? That's set by the members. What we focus on, who we bring in, how we spend our time together — none of that comes from the top down. It comes from you.

What to Expect

Real substance.
No fluff.

01

Peer Learning

Regular sessions where members share what they're working on, exchange hard-won lessons, and get honest feedback from people who are genuinely in it.

02

Guest Speakers

Access to founders, operators, and builders from across New England — people who have made something real and are willing to share what it actually took.

03

Mentorship Connections

Warm introductions to local business leaders and mentors who want to invest their time and experience in the next generation of Western Massachusetts entrepreneurs.

04

Outside Perspective

We bring in advisers and guest voices from beyond our age range — experienced operators, business owners, and mentors who've been where we're going. Their perspective is the difference between hard lessons and good judgment.

Where

Western
Massachusetts

From Northampton and Amherst in the Pioneer Valley to the rolling hills of the Berkshires — from Springfield to Holyoke and everywhere between — this region is home to five colleges, a deep creative culture, and more quietly ambitious young people than most places get credit for.

A-Frame Group exists because the talent is here. The drive is here. What's been missing is a place for it to gather, connect, and compound.

We're building something rooted in this place — not despite where we are, but because of it.

Legacy

You don't age out.
You move up.

A-Frame is built for 18–30 year olds — but membership doesn't end at 30. As members grow, build, and move forward, they step into a new role: adviser, mentor, and connector to the next generation of A-Frame members.

The people who are a few years ahead of you don't disappear. They stay close, stay invested, and bring what they've learned back into the room. That's how the community compounds — not just in size, but in depth.

The goal isn't a group that resets every few years. It's a network that grows stronger the longer it runs.
